These terms apply to purchases from Razzle Dazzle Newark (“we”, “us”), Unit 20 St Marks Place, Newark, Nottinghamshire NG24 1XT. By placing an order you agree to the terms below. They do not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
Orders & pricing
All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We take care to ensure prices and product details are accurate; in the rare event of an error we’ll contact you before dispatch. Items are subject to availability — where a Charlie Bear is not in stock it may be available to pre-order and will be clearly marked.
Postage & delivery
We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of your order. If we’re unable to post within this time, we’ll upgrade your postage to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at no additional cost to you.
We usually dispatch by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver within 2–3 working days. All orders over £35 qualify for free delivery; for orders of £34.99 and below, postage is charged at a flat rate of £3.99. We dispatch to the UK only.
Returns & refunds
If you wish to return an item, please notify us by email within 14 days of receiving your order. You’ll be responsible for the cost of return, and the item must be received back within 30 days of purchase. Please also provide the tracking number.
We carefully check all goods before dispatch, but in the unusual event that an item is faulty we’ll cover the cost of return. Full refunds are made only where goods are returned to us safely and in an unused condition. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
